Fly free travel. Ripoff.
These people are making me crazy. They say they are based in the US but I have never spoken to an American person in all the calls I have made. I never authorized this. A company called US Grants Interactive called my cell phone I agreed to looked at some grant software for 3.95. They told me another company would call in a few minutes to verify my information. RTS called I told them I was not interested in anything they had to offer. What happened to the people at US Grants. Whom by the way gave me a phony website. I have been trying since february to get my money back.US Grants took the money out of my account but never sent the information. Fly free travel sent a letter to call within 10 days or they would take money from my account. Unfortunately the number they provided on their letter no longer existed. Supposedly my refund has been approved but I have yet to see anything yet. Bank of America was no help either. They said I would have had to call the next day in order to get a courtesy credit. I just can't let this go. I was almost surprised to see others, this company insisted this has NEVER happened to anybody else. I will go to my bank and try the Federal Regulation E. I hope this works
