Arijit, i guess a customer service rep, is dishonest. He says alot of bs and has absolutely no intentions on resolving issues. He'll probably reply to this with some more bs about resolving the issue with a phone number or email address but he won't return phone calls or reply to emails. Stay away from them at all costs! They have ridiculous fees, which they don't post on their website by the way. They also don't post any of their policies either. Check the other sites like
