I have sent one rebuttal to the fine website. And the only response that I received is that it is all LIES. But hear it goes again a little update. Yes I was stupid enough to invest with the above people and companies, and yes I did go to where I invested and spent a week for vacation.
But here is the KICKER, to make a long story short when Rick Greene formed his company after he quit his old job, the clients and some other investores went with Greene. (wonder how this happened) I approached his old employeer and they informed me of the differences that where happening with Kelly and his companies and that they wanted NO PART OF IT. They are also trying to get there money back.
I then talked to my family that has also invested in this company and also my salesman about this problem. My salesman stated that Rick Greene informed him that he was the main man for Kellys Operations in the US and the people had to come to him and that he gave the clients an option to sign over to him. T I also found out that my guaranteed 11% signed contract rate went to 9% without my knowledge and possiblely lower. I then wanted my money and the interst from this company. I have finnally received the principle investment and now going on three years for the rest. Greene keeps saying that it is up to his old employeer and the salesman to get me my money and it is also up to me to keep calling.
I have called Mexico with the same results and response. None. I have also tried to contact Mike Kelly himself via email ([email protected]) with the same result and response. None. So finnally Greene set up a payment plan to get my interest money to me. And after 5 long monthly payments he is now behind and refused to pay the rest. Since then I have found out that Kelly has received money from the Mexician Goverment to repair his motels. Guess what he took that money and bought property around his motels for expansion.
I also found out that Kelly is real good friends with President Foxx. (imagine that) But I have to congradulate the people in Arizona for winning a $23 Million dollar lawsuit against the above companies of Kellys. So maybe if we are lucking some of that money might get to are pockets.
But until something happens I guess that Greene will keep taking customers on fly and buys in Mexico. And acting like nothing is wrong.
