I was stupid enough to invest with the above people and companies. And yes I did go down to where I invested and spent a week for vacation. BUT here is the KICKER, to make a long story short when Mr. Greene left the company that he was working for to form his own company. And the funny thing is that the clients and investores of Mike Kellys companies went with him. I approached the owner of Greenes old employeer and they informed me of differences that where happening and that they wanted NO PART of it.
I then talked to my family that has also invested and also my salesman. He stated that Rick Greene told him that he was the main man for Kellys Operations in the Us and the people had to come to him. I also found out that my interest on my money went from 11% to 9% and lower. I then wanted my money and interest from this company. I have finnally received the principle investment and it is been going on 3 years for the interest.
Greene keeps saying that it is up to hid former employeers and salesman to get me my money and oddly it is up to me. I have called cancun MX with NO RESULTS or RESPONSE.
I have also tried to contaact Kelly himself with the same NOTHING. So I finnally have been getting my interest money. Greene had set up a payment plan with me and Guess What it hasn't been ontime and now is behind. Since the law suit in Arizona you would think that they would want to payoff there so called clients.
