I enjoyed a stay at the Hilton and my card was charged for the stay. 10 days later another charge was placed on my card. After my initial calling, I was told that the accounting office had to handle my refund. Several calls and emails later, I still do not have any restitution.
I have since been giving numerous excuses from, "Our records show that you checked back in for another night", to "Your original itinerary changed and this is the 1 night minimum charge". Fact is my original checkout form under my door has my checkout day as the 17th and I was on a flight back home that afternoon. Noone can tell me the same story and I would like to get my money back.
Be very weary when staying at this hotel and double check your charges. It is like pulling teeth to get anything corrected.
