Ripoff pop up said I had WON dream florida Holiday, paid 500, received details for a year later, after sending letters requesting refund, should I buy flights and GO?

Pop Up received on my laptop saying 'congratulations you have won dream holiday for 4 to Florida', Spoke to director and advised that 10 nights accommodation in Orlando, Cocoa Beach, Fortlauderdale and Bahamas Cruise would be 4 star minimum. On credit card, I Payed 498 After recieveing pop up, started to receive explicit pop ups of a sexual nature; ended up having to have hardware drive completely cleared out losing all my data to get ride of this virus, which I believe came in on the back of this holiday pop up.

Received an empty folder with no details in it except for a Casino Cruise, Which was never mentioned (not appropriate as I have very young children and do not want them in this environment)

I wrote back to the company requsting a refund after several telephone calls and recieved no reply. Credit Card Company offered little help as I only had one piece of paper which although proved I had purchased the holiday did not contain sufficient information to allow them to persue the company.

Finally recieved the pack with details that I was originally supposed to recieve a year later.

With Easter approaching, I rang to check availbilty and was advised that ocoa beach resort had been replaced with Daytona beach and that the accomodation was 3 not 4 star.

The hotels mentioned are Mirasuites Orlando, Bermuda House Daytona Beach, Ramada Plaza Ft. Lauderdale and the Regal Empress Criuse ship leaving Ft. Lauderdal. Having just put in Ramada Plaza I am anxious to see the rip off reports because some of them sound similar to my experiences to date.

I have been searching the web for flights to Florida and think I have found some but I am reluctant to book them given the rip off reports and my own experiences. Help!!!

Has anybody had any similar experience? The company seems to keep changing its personnel and name every time I seek to them. Apparently it was about to change to 'Ramados' when I called thwe toll free number last week and the girl who I spoke to who was actually very pleasant was leaving the next day!!!
