I cannot get confirmation of cruise I reserved and paid for!

I paid $1400.00 for a cruise set top depart on March 5th. I am unable to get any human being on the phone as I have not received a confirmation by mail. Cannot make flight reservations to get to Tampa until I receive. I want someone to call me asap and/or refund me every penny of my money.
