They crarge you unjustified sums and never answer any trial of you to clarify the issue All Around

Warning: Do you have plans for a vacation in The Nederland's?

If you (or anyone you care for) wish to have a vacation in The Nederland's, stay away from the Landal Green Parks or you may be sorry.

While check in, they will charge you for 100.00 cash or credit card (charge, not deposit) promising it will be return while checkout in case that "everything will be fine".

BUT! What is happening in case that something minor is occurred to be? And your insurance (or car rental) company authorize that the damage will be covered? A small damage, about 20-30 max?

They will take (refuse to return) your whole guaranteed 100 (even it's clear that the insurer will pay). Of course they will say that these are the instructions from the manager that is unavailable right now

They will block you from reaching anybody above the receptionist - refuse to give you phone numbers, make phone calls or anything. Simply block you from trying to clear the issue.

If and when you succeed calling their head office, nobody will speak to you, answer your questions or give you a meaningful answer.

After returning home, you can send those emails, fax or letters, they will not respond to any of these calls.

Of course, they will NEVER give you real bill, call your insurer (that is willing to cover the damage) or do anything which is expected in business life.

Is this the service attitude or business ethics you wish to receive or think you deserve? You work hard for your money, why let Landal Green Parks takes it and not even let you query the issue?

All of this happened to me in Landal Green Parks, why should it happen to you, too? There are other, more reasonable service providers in Holland.

Let's put things straight - I caused damage and will cover my liability, no doubt; but there are ways to treat a guest or give service to client. Doesn't it sound like a theft or blackmail? Is that what we want in a vacation?

I have names, dates and witnesses to every item in that story: If Landal Green Parks wishes, we have is Israel a good justice system and anti - slander laws.

Beware and warn your friends and loved ones.
