The company sent a letter describing the vacation. When we called, we were forced to make a decision right then on the phone, and pay the "unrefundable" deposit. They tried to coerce us into "time-share" seminars after we got there (thankfully we are from CA and are exempt from being forced to do this) and were extremely rude.
The "exceptional Cruise Ship" they sent us on was a floating piece of rubbish with a crew that was rude. The whole vacation was extremely unenjoyable.
When they called me back just recently to ask how I enjoyed my vacation with them, the "spokesperson" hung up on me as soon as I told him I was not pleased at all with the vacation. Certainly stay away from this scam.
It was not worth the money we spent to do this. And especially stay away if your home state does not have laws to protect you from being forced into the time share seminars.
They will try to pressure you into buying a timeshare during the seminar and will be extremely hostile if you tell them no and will take up the majority of your day until you either say yes, or have spent over 6 hours telling them no.
