The sales people at Grand Scam Travel (they should be named that) promise 50% savings on Cruises, Airfare, etc. But we have never saved over 1% on any trip, any time, anywhere. Motels are usually $3-$5 less (if anything). I've challenged them to save me up to 50% and offered to go "anytime" just to see if they could do it; they can't. They billed me after I paid in full (6 months later) and threatened to ruin my credit if not paid immediately. I had to copy and send bank statements to prove that I'd paid it and never received even an apology. They messed up on our airline tickets and we needed to buy another and they wouldn't even reimburse the cost of the second ticket. They are SCAM ARTISTS of the worse kind. We paid $3,800. To purchase and it costs us $149 yearly when we've never even saved that amount in a full year of travel "discounts." Ha ha.
