My wife and I were traveling with Swiss from Moscow to Chicago on 09/01/05. At check-in we tried to get our United Airlines frequent flyer numbers input into the system for miles collection but the employee at the check-in refused to do so. She also refused to take our applications for Swiss TravelClub. What irritates me still more is that even though I contacted Swiss' customer service via there online customer relationship management system twice (two and one month ago), I still haven't received any answer.
