Poor service from air-o-swiss

I have chronic sinuses with a continual post nasal drip & so did some research on Humidifiers.

Air-O-Swiss I have contacted now 3 times on their contact site & not once have they bothered to drop me an email.

What poor service will not bother to contact them again & they have now lost a potential customer.
