Ripoff-charged my account after I cancelled the free trial

Like most of you, I was charged by this company after I cancelled the free trial. I was offered this free trial when they already had all my information. I called them as soon as I found out they took $149.00 out of my checking account. They said it was a mistake. This happened October 7th. They told me they had to wait for the money to be funded and they'll send it by mail. I asked them why they couldn't put it back to my account and they gave me such a silly explanation.

After 2 weeks waiting, I called back and nobody had requested the check. A nice lady named Shila requested the check on a Friday. I checked back on Monday and everything looked ok. Yolanda, the lady I spoke with on Monday suggested to call back on Wednesday to make sure the check was issued and sent to me. I did so but a nonpolite lady named Lashawn gave me the most terrible customer service ever. She said that she had to request the check one more time because that was the company's policy which noboby ever told me about. After that, she said, I had to wait from 24 to 48 hours for the check to be issued and around 10 business days to get the it. However, she mentioned that if that didn't work, she'll put me in an emergency program or something like that. At that point I new they were giving me the running around, so I asked to speak with a manager but of course she said Mrs. Green wasn't in yet. I am going to call back again today to see what other lie they are going to come up with.

If you have any suggestions please let me know. So far I have filed a complain with www.bbb.org, www.800fla.com. I hope I can get my money back as some of you did. For those who are just having these problem make sure to call all Florida Passport's afiliates which are Teleflix and Agents Travel Network to avoid more charges. You can call 1800-853-9982 to get their numbers.
