We were looking for the cheapest tickets from Germany to Virginia and return. Besttix.com prices were amazingly low for December high season.
When trying to book tickets, pop up says that they could not process a valid credit card. We would have to wire the money.
"Monica" wrote to us with the bank information, which happened to be in Bulgaria. This should have been a clue.
After wiring money, we could not reach "Monica" anymore by email. The customer service phone number listed on the website just rang and rang. NO Answers. We thought our money was gone.
5 days later the transferring bank returned the wired money and stated that they could not process the transaction. Less $30 bank processing fee. We got off easy.
Still not sure if this is a scam artist or a floundering new company.
