Eaker's travel is a rip off and their staff is very unprofessional. We made reservations to stay at a holiday inn in Panama City for our spring break. The day before we left we still had no confimation. We recieved our confirmation on Friday, the day we left. They changed our hotel to a condo and said it was because of a late payment. The payment was late, but we called and they told us it was ok, and that everything would remain the same if we sent the money late. We were told the condo was an upgrade. This was not true. It was a condo complex full of old people with some spring breakers thrown in. We had no towels, no hot water, and when we called breakers travel to complain, the man on the phone, scott, swore at us and hung up on us. I then had my mom call becasue i thought an adult would have more of an impact. He also gave my mom the run around, saying how nice they were and how much money they cost. We also contacted the holiday inn to see if there were ever reservations palced there in my name and no one had ever made reservations for me at the hotel. We were also told that we would be staying at the condo for no extra charge, but they made us pay 25 extra dollars. When we got home scott called my mom saying that we trashed the place and that there was throw up and smashed food all over the room. He told us they took pictures and that we would be charged. I called him and he told me we had to pay the damages and that he hoped that it ruined my credit. He was uninterested in the fact that we were very unhappy with the services that his company provied. He said, "what do you want me to do, go back a week and change it, it's over, and I'm not going to do anything about it... You pay your fines, then I might talk to you about it".
