I did a hotel request with priceline last weekend for a hotel in the Miami Beach Area only, there was a selection there for south beach however I did not select it, then I selected a 4 star hotel, and again a selection was there for a resort but I did not select that one, guess what they gave me? A hotel in south beach, (there name even includes south beach) and a resort which is not what I agreed to (the resort charged me resort fee). When I called priceline after immediately booking the reservations, they gave the run around for several hours on the phone, and refused to cancel and/or change my reservations. They are theifs and should be shot down and put out of business!!! And as a another complaint here usacomplaints.com mentioned to, they give zero customer service when you call! Use hotwire they are much better at customer service!!!
