I called this company up to secudual me to get picked up and bring me to the airport to pick up my girlfriend i have not seen in 6 months and bring us back to my house as a suprise. So thinking ahead like i normally do i called and secudaled this appoinment for a 10 passanger limo on a friday a little over a month in advanced. The only think that i was lacking was the time i need her to be picked up but i told them that i would call them back with that but i did give them the date.
When i called them a man answears the phone and he did sound to professional i had to tell him what i wanted like 3 times then he says im going to have you speak to my secratary and she will book it for you so all the information that i gave him 3 times i had to give to her again and she took my credit card info.
Now within the course of the month that man had called me about reconfirming my reservations about 8 times and waisting my mins. On my cell phone after giving him the time i need pick up a week after. He caled me about 2 weeks prior to the date of the appointment and tells me that "i'm just calling because i wanted to know if you are still going to be wanting the service on that date because i have someone that wanted to book it on the same day" i replyed "yes" i need the 10 passanger limo on that date that is why i booked it.
The day comes to go pick up my girlfriend and he calls me in the morning and tells me that he has me booked for that monday and then says that he will give me a lincoln town car for the same price i told him that is not what i booked if i cant have the 10 passanger limo then i want a limo better for the same price and he denied that to. Then he says he is going to call around and see if he could get another limo company to pick me up. Because the girl he had working for him was incompatant and he had to fire her 2 days into her employment cause she did not know how to book records and he does not know what he is doing either. So i know that he was lying that he had a job to do that was longer then what i needed him for that he double book me but wants to blam everything eles then he said that i booked it for that thursday... I asked him why he did not come to my house and pick me up on thursday it i booked it for then... No rebuddal... Then he said i thought you booked it for monday and his whole story changed again... Well now i told him i dont want anyone to pick me up and im going to have a friend pick her up for me and i want a refund he agreed to refund my money... But still to this day i have not recived a refund. Called him not a couple of days ago and he said that he has already refunded the money but it is not on my credit card and he is going to look into it and will call me back when he gets into his office. So a week has passed and he has not gotten to his office yet im figuring cause i still have not heard from him.
There is a lot more that i am leaving out... But all in all he is a lier, Extreamly bad business practices, and i would never use this company again. Compleatly unprofessional and unreliable none the less will try his hardest to make you feel like you are the one that messed up dates and times and will rip you off. Check out the better business bureau cause im posting another complaint there...
