Travel Options called me and Kelly was so very nice explaining that I had a credit with the company from 2009 and she didn't want me to lose out on the fabulous trips that I could have for free. For only $297 I could get 3 nights free at either the Clarion across from Disney olando or stay at the Hilton Gardens. I would also get 3 nights at the Palms View Resort right on Cocoa Beach. I would also get 3 nights at a 5 star Las Vegas resort.in addiction to all this I would get a 4-night cruise on Royal Caribbean, Norwegian or Carnival to the Bahamas or Mexican Riviara. I would have to pay port charges. All these fabulous vacations can be over the next 18 months and I could bring another couple or 3 kids if I wanted. The cruise just needed $100 deposit when I made the reservation but that would be applied to the port taxes for a cruise that I had up to 3 years to take. Kelly told me she took all these trips and went with different people each time. When I said I would not give credit card info over the phone she very politely said she would see what she could do for me so that I wouldn't miss out on my credit and these fabulous trips valued over $2000. Her supervisor came on the phone and was harsh and rude saying that he couldn't understand why I would want to miss out on my credit for these trips. I told him that he was a stranger and I would not give out my credit card info over the phone for something that I did not have in writing. He became upset that I would question him. He said I should believe him that everything was true because they are a company in Pompano Beach, Florida and have people working with other customers. He then said that if I didn't buy the package now he would delete all the credit in my account. When I said I could not give my credit card info over the phone until I could go on-line and check out the offer and company he got upset telling me he was wiping out all my credit and hung up on me. Their phone number appearing on my caller id was 414-123-4567 which doesn't work when trying to call back. They are not reputable
