My sister purchased a travel package back in January while living in Germany; she had clicked on a pop-up and followed the directions in contacting the company.

1. Besides conning into purchasing your own airfare, what other activity have they been found guilty of?
2. What is the statute of limitations in disputing charges made on your credit card if you learn of the fraudulent activity after the 30 day limit?
