All seasons travel and resorts ripoff / told my sister she "won a trip" but turns out she paid and cant use the trips

I have a sister who is mentally ill and unfortunately she received a call telling her that she won a trip, or many trips as she was told. She gave her credit card information and she received her itinerary and she put them aside.

Today, september 28 i came upon the vouchers and read them over and came online to see if i could find out some information, and i have found this website.

I am wondering if there is anything that can be done to get her money back as she was not of sound mind when the transaction was made on august 29. She had just been discharged from the hospital that day and she did ot have good judgement or her wits about her.

Any help would be appreciated
