I'm from Quebec, Canada, and i have received a 1-800 call from the US. It was a women who asked me if i had click on a banner who was telling me i was the 50th million or a number like that to visit a website. And i said yes, and she told me that i have won a trip to go to Orlando, Florida, Puerto and other places like that. She told me that the only thing i had to pay was 199US wich is about 220$ CAN. I don't know why but i've give it to her. I i usually speak french and she was talking quick with a strong american accent. Maybe from texas or i don't know, but it was hard for me too understand everything. I'm not the kind to be fooled easily bit i've trusted her because last year my friend fill out a Player's Cigarettes survey and a women called him and told him that he have won a trip to see Team Players (Nascars).. He won a trip to Vancouver, all he had to payed was the taxes in advance. So she ask him for his credit card number and everything went well. He payed about 200$ and he received his trip. So i was blinded a bit and payed 220$.. I've received a confirmation by email telling me what i was just BOUGHT not WON..

So then i was sceptical so i went on their website and realised that every package they we're selling had no price, no clear informations so i tried to login but i had no username. And no password, so then i realised that i have been screwed up..
So a make a search on google, typing All Seasons travel & Resorts, SCAM?
Then i've discoved this website and that i was not the only one who wad been screwed up by those guys. Then i saw this here from a guy who complainted to
I would like to pass on my info so other customers to make life easier for them:
1. Ask why neither on their homepage nor in their confirmation E-Mail they state their terms and conditions i.E. Possibilities of cancellation.
2. Be brave and don't ever let the rep talk down to you, just keep repeating at all times that you are asking for immediate refund of the full amount you have paid.
3. Use the term 'time share company' - they won't be able to contradict you on this one.
4. If you have to, threaten to write letters of complaint to the AJC (Atlanta Journal Constitution) - that's where they place their newspaper ads.
5. Tell them you already placed a complaint with your credit card company about All Seasons
6. Joker: if all else fails, just let them know that they already have been banned from making business in several states of the U.S.By capital law suits. That should definitely do it! Good luck to you all!
I've called the Aseasons like 3hours later they sold me their bullshit, and directly asked the reception guy to talk to the supervisor, he said why? And i've said: You're BOSS! And said ok ok...
The guy who answered had a sweet voice, like he was all innoncent in that case and etc... He tried several times to convince me to keep the package and and i was always answering NO i want a refund. All the time. I Said all king of things, like there some laws in quebec agains time share company, and i've told him that i would sue him for whatever it cost, that he was the wrong guy to mess with. He finnally decided to refund me... He told me that the money was going to be refund in 3 or 4 days. I've waited about 8 days and the money was refunded..
Thx usacomplaints.com and specially to Zug from Switzerland for the advices about time shares company, don't let them fool you, catch those guys and beat them to hell..
