In march I received a phone call from this company saying that I had asked to be contacted in regards to a discount travel package. The trip was for 5 days / 4 nights in Orlando, Florida, 4 days/3 nights in Daytona Beach, Florida, and for an optional bahama Cruise for 3 days/2 nights. The trip cost was for about $269.00 per person. With me and my Fiancee' it came to about $538.00. I am not sure of these exact amounts, but I can easliy request a statment from my bank for the specified billing period.
The agreement was for a 12 months use period. I informed the agent that I would like to use the travel package for my honeymoon in June of further out than the 12 month period. I was transfered to a man further in charge who granted me a 6 month extension, giving me 18 months to use the vacation package. A week or so later I contacted the company to be sure that the extension was noted on my account. It was so I had confidence.
Now I am trying to set the exact date of travel for my vacation as my wedding date is drawing nearer, and all points of contact for this company are not in service. I ran a search and found reports of fraud from this company. I have seen copies of Emails sent from this company to other customers saying that they have gone out of bussiness and that there would be no refunds. I was never sent an Email on this issue. I want justice brought to this company for all the emotional and financial stress they have brought to me and so many other trusting customers.
