In January I paid the sum of $498.00 for a 16 day/night vacation as follows - 4 days /4 nights Daytona Beach, 8 days/7 nights Orlando ;4 days /3 nights Ft. Lauderdale with an expiry date of 18 months. I received confirmation brochures and a receipt for my payment in the mail. Well within that 18 month period I supplied suitable dates for my travel via email. At first my emails were replied to then all communication from them stopped. Needless to say there was no vacation. I tried to have the payment reversed by my bank because I had paid via credit card - however the allowed time of 12 months to do so had elapsed. I am out of pocket for $498.00. The payment resulted from a phone call from a lady called Cherrie Adams representing Matza Mktg.inc - John Barkman Tropical Grand Vacations. During the phone call she asked me to log onto my computer and look at their website promoting the three Florida vacation resorts.
