Ripoff takes money out of my bank acount under different names after i have called to have it stopped internet

I have contacted these people every month for the past 4 months informing them i do not want there services they say the money will be put back into my bank account but it never is the next month they take it out again under name. I am getting extremely stressed over this and would like very much to speak to a lawyer about my options.
