Ripoff false advertising

FALSE ADVERTISING; For a year or so, Capital One has advertised (on web site) the availability of $100 in air travel for 9000 cumulative miles (it's on their web site) or other equivalent dollars for greater miles, a "multiplier" of. 9. Yet when asked to honor the original promise (and web site info), they say the multiplier is 1 and erect a stone wall that prevents getting any information! Outrageous false claim!
