Fraudulent, automated cancellation phone numbe

I believed it to be a discount vacation service. I recieved a paphlet in the mail saying "welcome new travel agent"

I was charged on 2 accounts one was recurring 19.95/month. When I called to cancel their automated voice system directed me to press #1 to cancel billing and be refunded charges in the last 45 days. Today maked the third time I've done that.
