Airbnb Confirmation Code 32JPW9
I have been trying to cancel a reservation since 24 Jan, but no one gets back to me!!! Below is a copy of letters sent to Airbnb, no response!

I have STILL had NO response from Airbnb. I started phoning and emailing on Frid 24 Jan, and today is Sat 1 FEB!!!
This is despicable service, I am really disappointed to have received such disgusting service from a reputable company like yours.
I am now forced to declare a dispute with my credit card company about this reservation, as you guys refuse to get back to me to discuss the reservation. I have ONLY been polite and gracious in my dealings with Airbnb, I have phoned about 20 times, where I have sometimes had to wait up to 20 MINUTES for someone to answer my call, and I have sent many, many emails, but to no avail. I have spoken to Kyle, Laurie, Selinda and many others whose names I forgot to write down. ALL of these people PROMISED to get someone from higher up to contact me, but NO ONE has contacted me!!!
I have all sent emails on record.
