This has nothing to do with money... WE WERE KICKED OUT OF AN APARTMENT IN nyc RENTED THRU AIRBNB because the person was discovered by her building committee to be illegally subletting... Airbnb KNOWS it is illegal to sublet in NYC, yet they allow their hosts to do so because they are absolved, thru their stated policy, of holding any responsibility for these issues... Sooo... The guest gets on the street! We just "assumed" a big company like this would care a bit more about the people involve... Not the money... Airbnb did try to help find another apartment, but didn't, so we had to fly back to europe... What a vacation
