Jet Blue cancelled our flight to puerto Rico from Tampa. They offered no alternative option to get to our destination. They did not have adequate staff to deal with passengers or allow any rebooking options. Our checked bags were thrown out near baggage claim without anyone letting us know. We waited three days to talk to a representive only to be told "too bad and we were not the only passengers in this boat". We called endlessly for 3 days to be put in hold for hours and then hung up on or a message saying we could call back. We had to sleep in our car after being in the airport for 12 hours. We paid for hotels five hours from our home hoping jet blue would rectify the situation and we could still get to our destination. No such luck and we still had to pay for our booked hotel in puerto Rico and the booked rental car. Needless to say, I will NEVER trust jet blue airlines with servicing my transportation needs.
