I cancelled a booking and even acknowledged the email. Also my debit card was charged with 200 USD as cancellation fee.
I never got a confirmation email that the booking was fully cancelled and when I check online, I see that the American airline leg of the flight still does not show the cancelled status. The Emirates leg looks like its cancelled. Could you please take a look at this and let me know at the earliest and confirm me that the entire booking is infact really cancelled
