So far I haven't encountered any problems with this company. I was able to book my flight from Minnesota to Tunisia without any big issues. And I got a confirmation email with the ticket number and airline confirmation within 24 hours after booking it online. I saw two initiated charges on my bank account ($1 each), but after contacting the online support center I was assured that I will be charged one time the amount I was shown after booking the flight.
It's only been 1 day. My flight is in less than a week. I'll make sure to come back and give a full feedback of my traveling experience with this company. Oh and I was able to confirm my flights at the airline website.
