My husband just passed away. I needed to get to Fiji. I am on a budget but due to hip problems I have to fly Business Class. Expedia 's business ticket was a somewhat less expensive so, for my first time, on Oct. 8th, I booked via Expedia. I am so sorry I did. I received my receipt and confirmation. Then, about 3 weeks later I received an email telling me my flight reservation has been changed. That I am flying in coach. I then called Expedia. And an agent told me there is no problem that he didn't understand why I received the email telling me I'm switched to coach. This morning 11/11 as I am packing for my trip from New Mexico to L.A. To take my flight to Fiji... I receive ANOTHER email advising me "again" that my flight class is changed to coach! I am so upset... I called Expedia again. And "AGAIN" am told they don't know why I'm receiving such an email, that my flight is in order. I then decided to check my Expedia account on line. And it tells me "NO UPCOMING TRIPS SCHEDULED". I will never ever use this company again. I'm a nervous wreck wondering what is going to happen when I get to LAX to board my flight to Fiji. I was pennywise and pound foolish. If I'd booked through my travel agent and spent a few hundred more dollars. I would not be dealing with this added stress to my first flight overseas without my husband.
