After using CheapOair.com, a rep from there called and wanted to know my experience. It wasn't all that pleasant but she was very concerned and helpful. I didn't like the airline but cheapOair did what they could and I really appreciate it. I could tell she actually cared, she does a great job. Thank you Lisa!
