Found 2 different websites same itinerary, same car, same company, same address while on phone. So 4th call to try to get lower web price I found. This time we did it together while on phone with them. I confirmed the website was identical yet they were unable to see the price I saw at carrentals.com. So i then asked them to go to Avis and we did it together they were unable to see the same price there as well 140.00 more. They were very courteous but very slow. They repeated the time, dates each time they entered placing me on hold several times to research which the entire phone call last 48 minutes. With this being the 4th call. Obviously they will not honor the prices - Still confused on how they set up their computers to not be able to see the prices that all others see. The only other explanation is that the individuals working there are lieing which I dont think that is the case. Eventually someone woudl get tired of working for a company that is that upfront about their deceiving methods. I had a friend do the same thing and she was able to pull up same exact info and had no problem seeing the pay now price that was 144.00 lower. I will never use this company again.
