They claim to honor a price promise and that they will match prices with other companies.
I found many less expensive prices for slow cookers from other companies such as: Amazon, Morphy Richards, Hughes Direct. The first problem was with the Amazon price, I let them know a product was much cheaper through Amazon. A day later the price on Amazon was changed to match the ElectricShopping price, and I was met with an email stating they can't match the price.
I called the store and asked about another cheaper price I found on the Morphy Richads website, they admitted they will not make a profit if they matched the price and I should instead buy from those companies.
Why state a price promise if they will not honor it?
-The picture is another Amazon price I found with Hughes Direct, and through Morphy Richards website next to the Electric Shopping prices.
