United Airlines Should improve their staff training, their ability to help and especially talk to customers! I don't think anybody can do worse... I am not only talking about delayed and canceled flight that always happened but this agent Carlos P. From DFW airport please no manner! If you live in Dallas area avoid him when you need help you will save some time and keep your good mood. But better if you want to save some money avoid United airlines once and for all
