Delayed Flight - United Airline flight #5366 on 6/9/13

On 6/9 Flight # 5366 from San Francisco to San Luis Obispo, CA, was delayed for almost 3 hours. I never saw a plane at the gate. We were moved from gate 24 to 36 and then back to 24. Orbitz sent me 11 emails during this about 3 hour delay. Poor service!!!
