On October 18, I received an email offer for a FREE radio with the cost of $1 shipping. I never received the free radio.
What it didn't say in the email was that after 30 days of having my credit card on file, they would charge me $99 for a Preferred Shoppers Edge program giving me access to 300,000 name brand products at discounts of up to 50%. I never would have bought this.
When I called for a refund they refused and said the real deal was explained in the terms and conditions, and I would have known that if I had read the contract. They said in order to get the radio I would have had to return a postcard they mailed to me, sorry that never arrived either.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is a classic bad business example of companies outright stealing money from internet users. Let's put them out of business.
