Expedia customer service is the worst... So I had booked flight to Spain on April 14 and they call me on April 26 saying that the return flight to Boston has changed and the ONLY available option they had was a return to Boston at 9PM... So I accept that since they told me that was the only available option. When I go to check in on Monday, I saw that not only they had more options to offer me but the return flight to Boston were cheaper. What I am really mad about, is that they could be flexible with a customer (myself) that books with them all the time... Worst mistake ever and expedia you're at loss! Will avoid them as much as i can and thanks god for other options out there...
