Expedia cutomer service sucks-is no good on hold for over 1/half hour total - Flight

Expedia put my wifes last name wrong when I booked are flights. I called back the lady I spoke with kept me on hold for over half an hour. Then I asked to speak to a manager and was left on hold for another 30 minutes. Then I hung up and called back and was on there another 20 minutes. When he came back and said we can not change the name and you can not cancel. Then he says all we can do is give u a credit with delta. I looked for another flight and the same cheap flight at that time was with united air. So I would not of gotton back my 600 and I would of had to pay another 600 to book with a different air line at the time. We never paid for a marriage license. So we did not have anything to prove that we were married. So check point at the air port would not let her through. Expedia sucks and I will never use them again. Come on all they had to do was change her last name to the one I booked it under and they could not do it and it was there mistake to begin with. If you are smart you will use a different company don't use expedia. If you do use at your own risk and good luck
