Mike did more for me than any other travel agent has done before in all my days of flying. He was very helpful and managed to find me a business class flight for a fraction of the price online. After the booking was done, he made sure I got the seats I wanted and even went as far as making arrangements for my meal preferences. He would be my number one choice from now on whenever I need to travel.
