Unauthorized withdrawl of money form account

I recieved a call from a travel agency and did not give any account information (to my knowledge). I recieved a packet of info in the mail and called to cancel my trial membership. A day or so latter I saw that a withdrawl from my account had been made for $149.00 which I did not approve.
