When you call to cancel, you get an automated system. The automated system "Thanks you for canceling" then hangs up on you. No cancelation number given. The cancelations are not recorded!!!
The only time I have "successfully" canceled an account was when I talked to a person. You have to push #, # to get a person (which the automated person does not give you). You get the same automation for the following companies: Capital TAID, Travel Agency Network, Suntasia (the only one I successfully canceled through the automated system), Stay in Touch, Versatalk and Teleflex.
I originally set this up with three companies, now the six above have my account information. Hopefully, no more have my information, but we'll have to wait and see. I have yet to receive a refund of any funds.
