Sedona Vacation Club Incorporated Annual Fee was ONE DAY LATE - Penalty of $100.67!

Beware of dealing with Diamond Resorts International! My timeshare annual maintenance fee was due on January 1st, but arrived ONE DAY LATE on January 2nd. They are charging me - for being one day late - "Late Fees and Interest" in the amount of $100.67!! I called them and was told that it's my fault for not getting it there on time! And I have owned there for 20 years! Buyer beware! Shame on them for doing business in such a manner.
