Dishonest company, "upgrades" and refunds are bogus

This company sold me travel insurance as well, but when I filled a claim it was denied. My travel companion was hospitalized on the eve of the trip and this company will not refund the unused portion of my trip. They also told me I could not travel alone because it was booked for two which makes no sense. The upgrades they sold me, where a total joke!
