My father died and i had to travel from whitefish mt to seattle wa on dec 11. I had a sleeper. I do not know the name of the woman who was working but i do know she is from montana. She was very rude to me and not helpful at all. I asked her when i could get off the train and smoke. She rudely told me that there was no where until seattle. Before i arrived in seattle she told me to go to a different room so she could clean mine, this was a very emotional train ride for me and having a rude and uncaring employee for the entire trip just made it worse. This employee needs taining in customer service and hospitiality. However, on my return trip from seattle wa to whitefish mt on dec 16 Ms. T Shields, the amtak employee working my car was so helpful and kind. She anwered all my questions, kept checking on me to see if i was okay, she let me know when i could get off the train to smoke. She is a wonderful employee and amtak should let her know.
