Ordered a free trial and received 3 items I did not order and charged $44.95, then when I kept emailing them for a return authoriziation #, they charged me again for $39.95. Unable to reach through their 800 #, message kept saying, "all our reps are busy, or you have reached us after our normal business hours" I called at all times of the day and finally after a week, I was able to talk to someone, she was so rude on the phone I thought this company is a hoax. She basically told me since I didn't return my item in time (which I didn't order in the first place), and I didn't read the fine print, which she said 15% of the people don't, (so they cash in them) I was charged again "per their terms". This is UNBELIEVABLE! We've all got to do something about this, or else they'll keep scamming innocent people. Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are theives!!! Anyone have any suggestions we could all unite together and contact the Attorney General's office or something?
