Charter and I go another round. Wife me get smart phones bout month ago. Cancel Charter's land line phone. Wow, two smart phones and computer too much for Charter wireless. Can't watch videos or run more than one device or computer, too much for Charter wireless. Called Charter today. Charter sent a Charter repair man (very nice guy btw). Charter replaces Charter wireless modem, with another Charter "newer" Charter modem & agree to pay Charter extra $10 for 30Mbts instead of 15. Charter Results: still no videos, home computer can't connect because Charter changed "saved settings" (?). Smartphones now going MUCH SLOWER. Still frustrated w / Charter, still hate Charter. Will call Charter again tomorrow, if no results with Charter, going to register complaint bout Charter. Nothing else to do on my week off than fight with Charter! Please let me know if you have any other incidents involving Charter.
