Poor customer service from store #4177. My husband and I recently joined your company and purchased 2 phones and signed up to have satellite connected, appointment was made for today May 10/12 between 8 am and 12 noon. I have taken this morning off to wait for the technician only to find out that he was dispatched to our mailing address and not where we are currently residing. When I called the store to find out how this happened and what could be done to rectify the problem the associate gave me 888-759-3474 to call. I called the number only to find out that the associate who set up our account not only gave them the incorrect address but that the next installation date wouldn't be until the following 7-8 days later! Now, I have taken a loss in pay for this morning and was ok with that knowing we would have our satellite hooked up today. Not only am I now out of pocket for half a day's wage, I am out of pocket a FULL day's wage! When I called the 888 number, the associate suggested that I call the manager of the store where we had set up the account in which I did. Neither the store manager, or associate would take ownership of such a disaster in miscommunication! They pretty much told me that there was nothing that they could do and suggested I call the 888 number in which I had told them I did that already and they told me to call the store manager where we had set up the account! What kind of ethics does your company have that they treat their customers with such poor customer service and give them the run around such as this?! Why do I have to pay for your company's mistake! It was NOT my fault that your company made this mistake and I feel very wronged as well as robbed of my wage by your company! I can guarantee that I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding such treatment by your company and will NOT be recommending Bell to anyone. Rest assured I will be telling anyone and everyone of our treatment made by your company and your associates!!
