Losing A Satisfied Custome

I was surprised when I saw a charge for $11.50 on my credit card statement. I called as was told it was for the annual fee. I have NEVER agreed to an yearly fee, only to a "start" and "stop" charge. I was so annoyed that I cancelled the service. I have dealt with them for several years and can only speak highly for their service. One would wonder why they did not offer a salutation when I cancelled. The best form of advertisement is a satisfied customer. The worst kind is a dissatisfied custome
